More than a class this is a journey interweaving awareness, connection and intention as we directly engage with plants for first aid applications.
This four-hour intensive will cover:
-Practical herbal first aid applications for insect bites, stings, cuts, strains, sprains, broken bones and burns.
-Preparation of a truly healing first aid balm and fresh plant poultices.
-Plant spirit communication and offerings.
-Ethics and basics of collecting medicinal plants.
